Tamara Sanne & Patricia Soler guided 10 participants to identify core elements of Emotional Intelligence, through interactive exercises and self-discovery.

A key component of effective leadership, the attentive group realized their Emotional Intelligence skills are not fixed in stone, but can be broadened and developed to meet key stakeholder challenges, creating greater impact and personal effectiveness in the workplace, and beyond.

Emotions are contagious, and this was certainly the case with these dynamic participants who animated their lively discussions with new learning and insights!
